Well. Let’s be honest here. He probably smells like wet dog on a bad day.
However, he’s a royal, after all, which means even with the overwhelming amount of cultural stereotypes against him (French, 17th century, ect.), he bathes regularly and probably smells pretty good. I’m sure he wears nice, French cologne and is a regular lily.
