4.) How vain is your character? Do they find themselves attractive?
The subject of looks is a difficult one for Adam. On one hand, he loves being a man again, as opposed to a beast. He thinks he’s considerably more handsome than he was in beast form. But on the other hand he’s still insecure about how he looks, usually becoming bashful whenever Belle calls him handsome. He also believes, truly, that looks aren’t important. He doesn’t want to be like Gaston, who just wanted to marry Belle because she was the prettiest girl in town.
